Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Responsible in preparing full set of accounts including accounts receivable, account payable, general ledger, issue payment vouchers, bank reconciliation, handle petty cash and ensuring accurate recording of transactions and provide timely financial information
  • Preparing Tax submission, quarterly Tax reporting, Tax return and payment
  • Preparing monthly management reports, cash flow projection, analysis reports, reconciliations report and others account related matters
  • Building relationship with Banks, Legal Firms, Auditors, and respective government bodies
  • To undertake in any ad-hoc assignments as and when required to provide management information for decision making

Required Skills

  • Bachelor Degree of Accounting or above (ACCA, MIA, CPA, CA, etc)
  • At least 4 years of working experience
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Subang Jaya
  • Proficient in computer literate and advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Good knowledge in Malaysian Financial Reporting Standard (MFRS)/ International Accounting Standard (IAS)
  • Good knowledge in GST
  • Good knowledge in accounting software
